Internet meteorologist (you tube channel Ryan Hall Y'All) has a prety compelling presentation that predicts 6 inches of snow down to south Ga and La, culminating in ice up to 1/4 inch of ice in No. Fla.down to Jax and Cedar Key line. Enough to put power out several days and make travel impossble. If correct, heat not dependent on power company will be in order.

Another net meteorologist, Weatherman Plus, has the same take. Problems could begin accruing as early as Tue., 1/21, with worst about a week later. Potential freezing rain in North Fl 1/24.
