TR2/3/3A Exhaust bracket rubber "top hat" bushings?

I'm finally going to install the missing exhaust bracket that sits near the gearbox to finally end the maddening sound of the pipe banging inside the cruciform? Who sells the top hat bushings that help deaden the vibration?
 
You do not want rubber even if someone makes it.
Make up your own from an oil resistant material so you dont have to re-do the job every spring.

Oddly enough a collision shop will likely give you an old bumper cover. Take a hole saw
and cut out some plugs of the desired size, will last forever. Certain mud flaps are of very
good plastic also,
