I've always liked the brief little explosion of Art Deco design in autos. There's a part of me that wishes it had more staying power but there's equally a part of me that's happy out was so short lived because with more examples out there it wouldn't be as special.

I've also always wanted to find an old Mack Junior pickup. They were pleasing to the eye and built like a Mack.

I expect the cost and labor involved in creating all those curved and swept body panels had a lot to do with why they stopped making vehicles like that.....
