A Mk 2 Ford Zephyr was my first car and I also had a mk 2 utility (We had utes in Australia). Wish I still had them. Since had various adventures with Land Rovers. Mk 1, 2, 3 and defender. Now Austin Healey Sprites have decided to move in. First, a somewhat hacked about Frogeye with a B series 1500 engine and gearbox (MGA?), fiberglass body, alloy wheels and, of all things, a very nice pair of Paddy Hopkirk marathon recliner seats. It's currently in surgery having bones reset, tin cancer treated and extensive cosmetic surgery. It will be a long operation. Now a very nice Mk2 Sprite that has obviously led a very clean and pure life is also moving in to keep Froggy and me company. Aaahh the simple life!

Interesting bonnet! welcome and good luck with the car surgery
 
Front end was made by the previous owner about 25 - 30 years ago. apparently he tried to do a Sebring look and got pretty close. Fit is a bit loose and will need work (later). Sadly he hand mixed cement on the old tin bonnet then threw it out. Wiring didn't survive initial survey.
