I drove my ‘63 Lambretta to the coffee shop a few minutes ago. The coffee shop is in a shopping plaza. When I got there I turned off the engine and walked it onto the sidewalk.
within 5 mins a truck pulled up from the management company that runs the shopping center. A very agitated guy in the truck told me to “move that motorcycle off the sidewalk”. When I told him it was an e-bike he said “OK, as long as it’s a bicycle you can leave it”
I feel terrible

Boy those vintage e-bikes sure sound much sweeter than modern ones!
I got lucky since the guy driving the truck was a 30 something.

Probably the only way to get that speed is to drop it out of a plane.
175cc. It will do it. But you’re right, gravity helps :D
