State Fair Contest - opinions please

I have decided, just for grins, to enter some photos in the upcoming State Fair photography exhibition in September. I can only enter a total of 4 pictures max.

I'd appreciate it if you guys could take a look at this Flickr album of about 40-ish photos and tell me, if you had to pick 4 to enter, which would they be? Note that I have named the Pictures L1, L2...etc., for "Landscapes", P1, P2...etc., for "people related," B1, B2...etc., for "Birds" and M1, M2, M3...etc., for "Misc"

Pick any for, regardless of which category. You can pick all from the same or different - just which four you think I should submit.

PS: Here are the judging criteria provided:

A. Impact: The photograph should draw the viewer to look at the work.


B. Creativity: The image should stir the viewer’s imagination.


C. Style: What sets the photograph apart from the others?


D. Composition: Good placement of the main and secondary subjects.


E. Presentation: The photograph should be presented in such a way to enhance it.


F. Color Balance: Good color selection for the subject.


G. Center of Interest: Should lead the viewer through the photo and hold the eye without distraction.


H. Lighting: The correct quality for proper exposure and quality for the gender of the subject or mood of the composition.


I. Subject Matter: The image should give an outstanding interpretation of the subject.
 
My favorites are L9, L12, L17 and B4. L1 is a nice shot, but I think that location has been shot to death.

Any one of the milky way since they are all spectacular.
My other favorites are P1 and P3.
 
L9, L15, L17, B5.
 
Like asking me to pick a favorite niece or nephew!! *sheesh*

I'd want to start with L1, but maybe Greg has a better handle on it than me. So as that may be true, I'll say L12. And L5 has a true majesty about it.
P1, no doubt there. P6 a close second.
B4 is a winner IMO, but B5 has the "eye contact" factor.
And the geometry & color of M3 is a sweet visual.

So, for me: L12, P1, B4 and M3
 
Picking just two, I'd have to go with L-10 & L-12 as thier not something we see every day. I would have to say that all the photos are on the plus side! Very nice! (y)

All of these are stunning and very hard to narrow down to four! I have chosen: L1, P1, B4, and M2. I based my choices on the versatility of subject matter. Beautiful work!

Thanks! With your background in Graphics and art, I was really hoping you would weight in!
 
L1 L17 P3 P7

I would have chosen B3 if the shutter speed had been slower, it would have given it the appearence of movement.
I allways used a lower shutter speed when photographing water falls, gives movement to a still photo
