What I thought was a nice fog from the rains we’ve been having turns out to be smoke from fires - in Canada! Yikes! Stay safe up there!

Seriously though about a million acres so far and we have had the smoke as far east as Ontario. They are talking about Albertans having some of the worst air qulaity in the world.

I hope they are able to get it under control soon. As for the war quality, this was sunrise in Denver a couple days ago (up there for grand-niece graduation). We're even getting a lot of s one as far south as Albuquerque. If it's this bad down here, I can only imagine what it's like up there. Has to be really bad especially for people with respiratory conditions.

I spent 18 seasons flying airtankers on wildfires. It was like I was chasing bad air all over the country.

Good for you and thanks for your help! Scary.
We've had bad air from Canada in Iowa for a few days gone now. Beautiful sunrise and sunset but the beauty is tainted.
Friend in Flathead Valley Mt calls fall "smoke season."
