Check your local listings. MeTV airs an hour of old cartoons every morning (7am-8am EST), and 3 hours on Saturday morning (7am-10am EST). They're in most markets.
 
Alas and alack -- MeTV was available where we used to live, not where we live now :cry: It's one of the wife's big regrets about moving out of state.
