No fog this AM

Went to a nearby canal to have a look. About 100 yards from the hovel. Got there too late after sunrise to get any good bird shots but came away with these. Had the 80~400 on a monopod.



Small bass. Catch and release.

It was an Attack Bass! Jumped up and bit th' guy by his thumb!

I do have a couple with the fella standing with rod and reel, missed him actually bringing the fish up to him. He laid the gear down and brought the catch on shore with the line before removing the hook.
