Probably 1/4 x 26 with the cupped washer.

Found out the screws are 1/4 BSF x 1" and are on order from British Tools & Fasteners. Plus I ordered the last two BSF square nuts they had. The rails in the center have a couple bad nuts, buggered before I got the car and just getting around to welding new ones in place. Would have replaced all, but they ran out of square nuts. Thanks guys for the help!
