BCF Very Slow

For some reason the BCF is running very slow, it started about a couple of weeks ago. All my programs are very fast since switching to an SSD but the BCF will sometimes completely stop for a second or two, along with freezing the mouse. None of my other site links or programs does this. The photos that slide across the top of the screen will stop and not start up without exiting the site and re-entering and then it's a gamble if that will temporarily fix it. Sometimes running my malware/antivirus and hard drive software will fix it for a short time, but there seems to be a bug in there I cant find. But why only the BCF? This is on my Windows 11 computer. ???
No problem with the Linux machine!

No issue here, Paul. Most likely a browser issue on your end. If you have option to try a different browser, try that. If, as I suspect, it turns out to be a browser issue, then clear your browser cache - maybe do a computer restart after your clear the cache.
 
Just cleared out the cache and browsing data, re-booted and the site is up and running as it should! Thanks, Basil, hope it lasts! Still curious why none of the other sites were affected. Oh well, such is life. (y) :thankyousign:

Sometimes cached data and cookies can get corrupted for just an individual web site.
 
Do you hear something like the witch from Wizard of Oz quietly laughing when walking past a Windows computer??....
Or see on the screen, "And your little dog too"...

I clicked on a link on my BCF email notification on my MAC this morning.
Opened a new tab as usual and the entire Mac locked up.
I had to force shut down and reboot.

That's odd. Never had that happen. Can you PM me the link that gave you issue?
