I saw this parked at a local eatery, Jason's Deli, when SWMBO and I went there for lunch a few weeks back. Have never see an Mini Pickup Truck. Would have been interested to talk to the owner but they were nowhere around.

My bet is that it was a custom fabrication, but I just can't get the word "mini" from them.
 
Thought you were talking about a real original Mini pickup.
That is a modified MINI -BMW never sold a pickup but that would sell like hot cakes.
I still prefer the Mini.
