Mrs JP & I have begun (in a very general way) to look for a retirement home. Saw one tonight that is pretty genuinely a fixer upper - I think I know why. Checked google maps and behold - priorities. :D

Where is that at?
You need a 20 car garage,with a detached house.
When we were looking at houses in the Roanoke
area,I told my Wife that "It has to have at least a two car garage".

Not nearly enough garage space!
a very real question - there will be some divesting involved but hopefully just enough.

Not nearly enough garage space!
Incidentally one in the interesting but not at all likely category is an ugly house with one interesting front feature

Lookin' at the greenery in the second shot, that ain't Florida. Big water in the background, tho. One of the "Freshwater Seas"?

Lake Huron - a little out of our searching range but.....

...but lots of garage!
Indeed - trying to sort it all out - the housing market here has tanked due to interest rate hikes so, likely taking a little time off the search

You mean you're not buying the house next door to Doc?
¡NO BUENO! You'd doom him to a one-stall garage?!?

...besides, we'd both be dead inside a week... we're both married.

"I'm going to the store"."I'll be back in..........well "I'll be back sometime".
