I’m Dave. Currently have a ‘71 MGB Roadster. Decades ago had ‘72 Midget.
just finished re-wiring and new interior. Now If only I could get it to start…

Oh turns out it was a simple mistake. PO had installed electronic ignition. After rewiring i had added BW wire from harness to coil. Removed it and reset timing and it’s running again.
