Digging into my 63 Sprite. Found a little bodywork by a woodworker. No knocking the effort, but, was certainly surprised...

Amazing the things we do to fix our cars. Grab what's at hand and off we go.

Trying to convert it to coach-built maybe?

Back in our salad days I patched one of our MGB's rear dog-legs using Miller beer cans, post consumption, and pop-rivets as backing for the "mud"!

Long ago, before my twenties I fixed my mazda B-series door sills with rebar and fill with concrete. The floor pan was fixed with epoxy flooring. With no money anything you can get your hands on for free can be very useful. It did improve center of gravity but it did nothing for acceleration.

Looks like termites paid a visit.
