Took me a minute to recognize that it used to be a wire. It looked to me like a former brake line/tube, and I thought "wow, those are some STRONG twist-ties!"

There are a lot more "odd" items of similar nature littering th' hovel. Her "Pocket Calculator, No Battery Required" and a miniature oil painting she did on a canvas panel of a canyon view, for dollhouses...
