I think it has a tree fifty,

But you would have to deduct the cost of removing the tree.
 
I once looked at a 52 Singer 4AD that had sat in a field for somewhere around a dozen years. Needed everything, wood, interior, cracked block due to crank having broken at speed. I offered $100 for it. Guy wanted $20k telling me he'd seen one for sale in Hemmings for that price. I noted that this was restored and running, not a basket case. Got run off the property. Car sat until he dies years later and was scrapped by his kids.

In Texas that's an extra charge for an anti-theft device.

Around here you can't touch a pre-1990 pickup for under $10k regardless of condition. Anyone who has one rotting away in their yard will claim that they're going to restore it with their kids -- who all grew up and moved away many years ago, after the truck was parked for good, and have zero interest in anything automotive.

Gives new meaning to "three on the tree" though.
