Today was Anadarko's giant kite festival so I took the kids to it.
I'm not sure, I should have asked. These were all anchored. At what point do you have to anchor the kites to the earth before you become a kite sailor?
Well yeah, but remembering when I was a kid and us kids couldn't wait to get the Sunday news paper! Us kids would have it spread all over the living room floor reading the funnies, pop would be reading the news and mom would be looking to see what Macys had on sale! It was a ritual after church every Sunday. Old times past, only memories now, I kinda miss it. Also missing the smell of mom cooking Sunday dinner. Can't you just replace the newspaper with an Ipad?
Each string of kites had a large kite made of four or five long tubular sections that, I believe, was helping get the less aerodynamic kites off the ground.Gotta wonder how some of those even fly, that horse in particular.
I meant for kite materials. Kinda like a Led Zeppelin.Well yeah, but remembering when I was a kid and us kids couldn't wait to get the Sunday news paper!
