And in the end, a year from now, the bulb will still be sitting there since the guy replacing it will have decided to replace the socket, thus needing a screwdriver he can't find for weeks. Once done deciding he wants the cover to be in the exact original color so spent 6 months researching, finding and matching it just to find the formula was obsolete and couldn't be made. All the while this was occurring he got a package of washers and decided while waiting to replace them in the bathroom faucets, but once again, couldn't find the proper tool starting the whole process over again while having now two disassembled projects scattered about the place. Just when he sees an ad for an all original,, chimney cap!! Oh the humanity....

We have a Nextdoor Neighborhood Message Board and its filled with misinformation. At least 3 dozen suburban housewives claim to have seen Mountain Lions in their backyards (but no pictures except Internet meme pictures taken in western States or Bobcats or Coyotes), Garter Snakes called poisonous and one woman turning a water hose on one eating a frog and misidentified fish, birds (one guy claiming a Red-Tailed Hawk is a life-threatening bird) and a lot of transplanted New Yorkers afraid of everything that moves outside their North Stamford home. One Mountain Lion was killed on the Merritt Parkway in 2009 but it came all the way from South Dakota and was tracked all the way. A book was written about it, but a few posters even got that one wrong. The last New England Cougar was shot and killed in 1876. There was a bounty on them.

New England Cougars can still be found, but they frequent Tinder, Hinge, Bumble and Match. :D LOL
 
Our big scare now in Mo and near me in Illinois is Black Bears. 4 have been seen in the fields, backyards and backyard trees in the last week. Three sightings are with 10 miles of my place. Would hope they get the continual barking dogs.
