Very close friends - huge loss

As some of you know, I have been a volunteer with NAMI for many years. Last night I learned that some very dear friends, and fellow NAMI volunteers, just lost their son who suffered with Schizophrenia. His dad had gone to his son's apartment to pick him up to take him to an appointment and discovered the young man deceased. No word yet on whether it was suicide, or other cause.
 
Yow. Thoughts are with the family, having made a similar (but significantly different) discovery many years ago. I can't imagine going through that as a father.
