Snowing outside, wind blowing and 10 degrees! So were making Grannies old fashioned chocolate chip cookies! Good thing we don't sell them, we'd eat up all the profits! :highly_amused: They say tonight the wind chill will be -17, no let up for three or four days. :uncomfortableness: Looks like peanut butter cookies are next :encouragement:

About the same next door in NM, Paul. Chill factor this morning - -19

-1 degree here this morning and still snowing, supposed to keep snowing until tomorrow morning. Supposed to get a break for a while then it starts all over again! - 22 wind chill in some areas. 5" of snow on I-40 and snowing. One thing good is, it's a very dry snow, be great for skiing! :excitement:

Yes thankful it is a dry snow, unusual for Oklahoma. Usually we get rain first then it freezes and snows on top. BTW, I like your cookie plan.

Better make more cookies :encouragement:

I was in Albuquerque and Santa Fe in late September. Weather couldn't be nicer. If we had more time, we would have looked into going up Wheeler Peak. Burned my mouth on chili in SF. How anyone can eat that stuff is beyond me. I can tolerate a little jalapeno without seeds but that fiery stuff kills me. The waitress asked me if I was OK. I thought I was dying. And the burning pain goes right through your system. All the way through.
