Oldest son has been flying right seat in a 737 for a cargo carrier for a couple of years now. Just learned yesterday that he has passed the test and the check ride and is now a Captain and will be flying left seat.

Great news!! Congratulations to him and wishing him the best in his career!

Super news! Aircraft Commander! Congrats!

Congrats! Does that mean you get to fly for free now?
Do you get to ride in the cockpit too?

Congratulations, I know you must be a proud dad.

Odly enough he was already and AC on the KC135 (He's still in Reserves), now he also a Captain in the the Commercial world.

A/C in a tanker has GOT to be more challenging than hauling freight or flying cattle cars!
