... self-explanatory, but I like the animation.
 
I was looking at a '74 Jag XJ6L.It was Maroon.
I had a Friend,who is a mechanic,look at it,& give me
a second opinion.
We came to the conclusion that It'd be cheaper,
& easier, to get a torch,cut a hole in the trunk,& throw
$100 bills into it.
 
Hehehehe... I've seen a few of those poor, rusty, beasts.

BTW, this would also apply to most large boats.
 
And RVs.

Years ago looked at a 68 for a friend. When we pulled into the driveway and I could see one end of the radius arms from the rear sitting on the concrete, I knew it was in bad shape. Front floors came up with the carpets when I pulled on them. Being a novice he asked if he could end up with a nice runner for 5-10k. I told him he could drop 20k into just getting the body safe, not including paint and interior, not to mention mechanicals. I thought a couple hundred as parts was generous...
