Oh, and just boiled another 40 pounds today for son's birthday dinner. Really good year for them so far!

Sounds like a lot, but as Greg says, not nearly the yield you'd expect! We take the shells and ~residue~ and boil all that down to make stock for soup, chowder, gumbo, etc., so we get our money's worth!
