Hello,

I was the proud owner of a 63 TR4 for 33 years, but around 8 years ago I got bit by the track bug and decided to sell it to buy something a little more contemporary (miata). While the car is long gone (to a very good home), I still have a lot of Triumph stuff to get rid of. I thought I would give you guys first shot at everything.
For starters, I have most of a TR4a engine that I bought for its cylinder head. My original head which is for sale, had been milled enough so that when Sunoco stopped selling 260 gas, it became a problem. The cylinder head has hardened seats, seat liners, and a mild porting job. I will be happy to mike the head thickness for anyone interested. No idea of octane requirements for this head. Can't seem to be able to come up with a photo right now, but if you're interested I'll take as many as you like. Only looking to get $75+ shipping for it. If you are looking for any other engine components (minus manifolds and carbs), hit me up. I'm not going to list them all now. Moving forward:

A TR4a valve cover in very good condition. $50+shipping

Isky pushrods. $35+ shipping

New shock absorber links. $35 inc shipping

Hood badge. $35 inc shipping

Addco rear swaybar with mounting hardware and instructions. $70+shipping

If you didn't see my introduction letter, here's my ride. The kid in the photo is my nephew, and almost 40 now!

Richard,
would you mind micing the head and giving me the height
Marv

Marv,
I'm getting a cylinder head thickness of 3.307" or there about. I have scrutinized the head pretty good, and it sure looks as though it has added seats as well as the the guide liners. This is work my brother did to it back in the early 70's. I'm sending along a bunch of photos. Also notice there is some pitting on the gasket surface in the corners.
