New to the forum. Actually, new to any kind of forum. So go easy on me for a while please. I'm in the final stages of long, very long, 23 years long restoration of my Austin Healey Sprite MKII. 1961. HAN6-10731 to be exact. Not real proud of the lengthy resto time, but life gets in the way sometimes. No other LBC's at the moment, but would like to have something that's a little easier to get in and out of, once the Sprite is finished. Specifically working on the windshield install right now and yes, I agree with many of the others on the forum that this is a pig of a job. Sounds like some good advice is out there though. Many thanks to those who share the knowledge!

Hello Jetmech14

Welcome to the forum

You will get plenty of advice, tips and help in the Spriget section of the forum. Not an area that I go to very often as I am working on a long TR3A restoration. It was started by the PO (previous owner) in 1989.
This forum is very mannerly and helpful.

Post some photos of your Sprite

Hi jetmech14. Welcome to the BCF. There are no long restorations... There are just completed restorations. You will soon be enjoying the fruits of your labor.
Post some pics of your work in progress.

Hi JM! Long journey here too, and as Dad always said- it keeps me out of the bars.
Concur on windshield install, just gotta walk away from it sometimes.
