I have 5.5 inch wide wire wheels, what size tire do you think will be best to fill in the wheel well arch and not look out of place? I don't want the tires to stick out from the fenders.

Bob: 'BTW my wires have had the treatment and I do not have tubes - works for me.' Kindly expand - some sort of religious epiphany? or a magic sealant? Thanks, Doug

You can't go wrong with the 180s. Many satisfied users.

Previously I ran the 185/70 vredesteins. Good tires. Less ground clearance and not quite as good a ride. Also the 180s look better, which is most important, as after all, it's all performance art anyway.

My wheels were obtained - "pre loved" they are chrome with SS spokes and came with the sealant already applied, which I believe was factory finish. As they are holding pressure without any problems - "they work for me".

Does anyone have pictures of the Michelin XAS tires in 180HR15 installed on their car with 5.5 wide wheels?
