Help with BJ7 front brake line routing

Hello, all. My first post here. I'm the happy new owner of what was my dad's BJ7.

I'm working to get the brakes functional after sitting for nearly 40 years. Many years ago, my brother removed the hard lines from the front brake calipers (the hard line that goes from the rubber hose to the caliper itself), and disconnected the hoses from the caliper brackets. I've bought a new "bend it yourself" hard brake line kit from Moss, and new rubber hoses (and calipers, and pads, and master cylinder) and just about have it all put back together again.

Problem is I'm not sure exactly how the brake hose is suppose to run, and what kind of bend I'm supposed to put in the new hard line. I've gone through both my shop manuals and two restoration guides, but nothing shows the front brakes fully assembled with the lines run.

Any chance someone here can post a couple photos of the front brake area on their BJ7, showing how the hose and hard line are supposed to run? I've got all the hardware, just want to make sure I lay it out properly. Thanks in advance for your help.

Rob

Thank you so much. What a great album that is! Will come back to it often. Looks like he's using BJ8 front brakes. Is line routing the same for BJ7?

I'm using Win 7/firefox and all the links above go to a cover shot of Rich's grille. Apologies, but don't know how to fix that.
Rich's brakes are the same as yours, not BJ8.

Addendum: using Win 10, not Win 7

Steve, I'm also running what you are (on the computer, anyway!), and can see all of the images. Jim

This shows the RH caliper; that's a pre-bent stainless-steel pipe from Classic Tubes (as are the remainder of all the hard pipes in the brake & clutch hydraulic circuits). I've since converted to Teflon/ss flex-hoses__which I highly recommend for improved pedal feel__but the routing is the same.

These are 3000 BT7/BN7 disc brakes fitted to my BN6, so should be identical to the OP's car.
