Am looking for a low cost 12 volt bench power supply I can use for miscellaneous troubleshooting and component test. The immediate need is to check out my fuel pump rework. Does anyone have a setup they use that would work for positive or negative ground?

I use a BK1682A, 13.8V fixed DC output, 15A peak current, with current overload protection, short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and a thermostatically controlled cooling fan.
