The real story? A friend of mine has an office (of sorts) on the second level of an old building downtown, and he rather enjoys blowing bubbles onto the ground through the window, when I walked up the stairs I saw this scene so took the photo... Sorry to disappoint you... :p

Blowing bubbles through the window? Well, everyone has to have a hobby I guess :)
