Talk about a mess:
300,000 hippies, etc. on a 600acre dairy farm.

LIFE was Good!..........until they crashed.
(lottsa VW's , American muscle & mom & dad's commuter cars)

cool pics

In the lower left corner of the first pic, is that a Yellow MG? (First pic when I click on your link, but it looks like it's #56 of 80)

I think it is. If you start back at the #1 pic: (you will probably pick up more trivia than you ever wanted to know)

like Jimi Hendrix earned a whooping (at the time ) $32000. ( much more than any other band)
while poor Joe Cocker only received $1375.00 (and all the drugs he could drop)
Carlos Santana got about half of that at $750.00,

Woodstock kicked off a lot of "young bands & artist". Like Janis Joplin, but

Many more bands were booked but could not get there because of the 30 mile traffic jam.

Doubt there will ever be another rock concert to match Woodstock. I made it to the Newport Jazz Festival with a lot of the same groups in July and saw more of them at the Boston Tea Party after Woodstock. Best times of my life. Amazing how listening to any of these groups is like a time machine. Still a huge Santana fan

Biggest thrill of my life was going to see Hendrix live in Denver (around Aug 69 I think)

Hard to imagine it was that far back.
