I feel like this has been covered. Sorry if it's duplicate.

For no good reason I decided to dismantle and refurbish my very rust seat rails. I cut out and welded in new bolts, glass beaded and am going to DIY zinc plate them this weekend. I bought ss 5/16 ball bearings.

My question is how many ball bearings should there be? Two at each corner for a total of 32 bearings?

Thanks, Dale

Thanks Duane.

Would there be any benefit to adding more?
