surfing kijiji this morning and can only get the first page as this privacy-keep.com keeps coming up and firefox blocks it. what is it ? and is it safe

What is kijiji ?? By the way, that Domain is registered in Krakow, Poland. Sounds like malware or virus. For heaven's sake don't click on it! I'd run a complete scan and delete ALL your browser history and cookies.
