rebuild horns

both of my horns sound about like a choking duck if that good? i searched the forum and found the suggested rebuilder now located in walpole maine. does anyone have a phone number for the horn rebuilder. i tried the link for british car parts restoration but could not get a response for that site. thanks in advance...

He does this part-time so my horn is going to take around 16 weeks.

An interesting set of instructions, saved them to my file should I ever need them, but my horns are currently in A1 condition.
