My 59 TR3 has been in storage a couple of years. Pulled her out and everything is fine except it pulls to the right when driving.
im sure this has been discussed but can't find a post.
does anybody have any ideas on this. It has a rack and pinion conversion so not looking at a steering box issue.
Thanks

Is your brake caliper dragging?

Cheers

hmmmm - in storage for a couple of years, in Florida - I'm thinking surface rust on the brakes!

Probably needs some cleaning and exercising.

And ... Welcome to BCF!

I assume you mean pulling while driving, not just on braking? Does the pull stop or get worse when you brake? Bob

Mine did that exact thing for decades. Just drove it a while and would work it's way out. However I noticed over the years it took a longer drive to cure it until one year it wouldn't clear. Rebuilt the calipers with stainless steel pistons and it never reoccurred.
Another possibility is the flexible rubber hose developed a flap inside of it and won't let the pressure release.
