TR5/TR250 Red 250 for Christmas morning!

This morning, my wife had me go out to the garage, and where my TR3 is normally parked, was a red 250, with tan interior! Pretty nice; the hood was open, but somerhing didn't look quite right....

Nevertheless, I was pretty excited! Next to the '3, the 250 is my favorite Triumph.












.....then my daughter came into the bedroom, and woke me up; Christmas morning, let's go open up presents! My new 250, which seemed so real, evaporated away in the diminishing mists of dreamland....

Oh well, at least the '3 is still where it belongs. Santa brought a TR3 tote bag for me.

A TR250 just sold on EBAY for just under $12,000. From what was said in the description if true I think it was a good deal.

we are just NW of Columbia, near Lake Murray.

I've been thru Pickens many times, on our way to western N. Carolina.
