Yup...it's a genuine "Flying Dutchman".

This picture was taken at the famed Nurburgring where the D8 was in the middle of besting Porsche's absolute street-car record by something like 15 seconds (down to around 7:15...this is the new track). The car has about 207 SAE HP and weights around 1390 lbs.
The wing looks even more *wrong* on these than on the Morgan endurance racers.....but I doubt that they put it on for looks.
