Decided to change the oil in the Dakota today.
It went something like this -

Push MGB GT out of garage

Pull Dakota part way in

Jack up Dakota

Put jackstands under truck

Drain oil,remove filter

Replace drain plug,install new filter,
refill oil

Go to lower hood,& realize that it's rubbing
against garage door

Removed jackstands,& lowered truck

When I lowered the truck,I was afraid to see what
damage I'd done to the hood.
Guess what - NO damage.
