New member to this site. Have a 1975 Triumph TR6 that I’m slowly updating and making more reliable. It’s been out of commission for a couple years until recently. I did a new clutch, had the brake booster and master rebuilt, carbs recently rebuilt by Poolboy and many other “scope creep” items. Working on fitting a new poly tunnel which is a PITA because it fits poorly. Love putzing on mechanical things but rely on others for their wisdom too so I don’t have to do redo each project 3 times.
Working on these is a bit like plumbing. No less than 3 trips to the hardware store/internet research/TRF, etc. Still love it, unless I’m hating it in that terribly frustrating moment. Thanks for your wisdom ahead of time. I love reading the posts just to learn. Amazing how brilliant many of you are.
