General TR Who is the Triumph guy?

I was just at Brits in the Ozarks and John Twist was there and he spoke a lot about MG's and british cars in general. Is there a similar guy that specializes in Triumphs. I understand there is Kas but anyone else?

Those are historians of some note but if you ever worked with John Twist you would see something altogether different. Even though his youtube videos (and tech sessions) are geared to MGs, esp MGBs, they are often applicable to our TRs.

I expect anyone who would be willing to fly Randall to a pleasant climate, put him up in a nice hotel, feed him, provide him a ride in some interesting TRs and pay him an honorarium might be able to have the John Twist experience in a TR format.

We've got "Mr Triumph" from Des Moines Iowa visiting for our National Rally next weekend. That's what it says on his card as a TR3A owner and restorer since 1958.

Currently the family owns 6 x immaculate TR3A's. Wonderful people.
