It's a magical place where car guys (and girls) go to lie about the cars they owned; post snarky comments on the offerings; drag down manufacturer and seller reputations; show their ignorance or expertise on some of the most mundane and arcane vehicles; suggest that Jay Leno buy the car,it has patina, needs a small block Chev swap or isn't as cool as a beige Camry. It allows us to fantasize that every offering could be put back to new with very little effort, that all it's problems can be fixed and it will soon sport shiny paint. Kinda like a "Rainbow Bridge" place for car lovers. Every day has a huge helping of nostalgia, with people remembering the cars they owned and the event that touched their lives with them. It's lots of fun, doesn't cost anything as long as you don't succumb to the siren sound of cars for sale and ... I spend too much time there.
