Probably a good guess. But what does it fit? Here's a photo of the flip side.
It is but I wonder if it is for a later car - do you have the folding frame or the one that is permanently attached? It is what the front of the top glues to and indeed, it attaches to the top of the windshield with two clips - which would have I suspect been attached to the two pairs of rivets
