We're in Denver, Boulder and Aurora, Colorado this week.
I've seen a fair number of new-ish 911s. Mostly convertibles with top-down.
And some old classics (nice '54 Chevy, etc)
Also, a good number of shiny pickup trucks driven by guys with polished cowboy boots and clean fingernails.
BUT.....
I saw a BMW Z1 roadster top down. These were never brought into the USA and are too new for the 25 year exemption. And it had Colorado plates (?!?!).
A nice '66 Mustang convertible (top down). In fact even with the blistering sun, top-down driving seems to be de rigueur.
The dermatologists here must do well.
Finally, saw this slightly ratty MG Midget on the streets of Boulder (below)
And this "Tuk-tuk" and Toyota Land Cruiser being used as "props" in the Denver Zoo (I wonder if they realize the Land Cruiser has a fair amount of value these days?).
