If an hourglass figure is optimum, this is more like a mushroom. Used to be a dancer in San Diego named "Watermelon Rose". Unlikely she ever worked for Donald.

I am told from another source that these numbers were also stamped on the baring caps to show their order so they would be placed back in the correct location if removed. One source says this was done at the factory, another more likely during a past rebuild.
