I have an old Lucas gauge that used a knurled round nut on a threaded rod to hold it against the dash.
But the nut is gone and I need a replacement.
Any idea what size it is?
I believe it is an old Imperial size and not metric- I've got new Lucas gauges that have similar nuts of comparable size, but the thread is wrong. I presume it's because the new ones are metric.
What are the old ones?
British: 2BA? or some kind of machine screw 6-32?
Help!
