I'm really chomping at the bit to start in on the bodywork, but I need to put my Bugeye together first. That said I have pulled all of the removable sheet metal from both TR4as and I'm pleasantly surprised at the condition of the wings, etc. I've also removed all of the bolts that attach the body to the frame in preparation for removal so I can repair the drivers floor pan, boot floor, and outer sills...the doors are still on. I've read that it's best to replace sills and floor pans while the body is on the frame, but wouldn't it be easier to do that off the frame? Where would the needed braces go before removing the body? Marv, I'm still coming up for a visit, but life has kept me close to central Alabama. All, pictures would be very helpful!
