Having seen lots of pictures of the results of the earthquakes in Turkey (I was in an army unit which specialized in disaster rescue) I am surprised that that building was strong enough to roll over.
 
Isn't that the building where the carpets and floors were worn out so they turned it over to expose a fresh surface??
 
I saw that video and all I could think of was that "3 little monkeys" song. "And the middle one said ROLL OVER, ROLL OVER, so they all rolled over and 1 fell out."
