Never thought about stuffing it. That's a good idea. Might not be bad in Gumbo either, cut up of course. I'd be temped in just a butter, galric and herb sauce with maybe a little white wine.



Oh oh, stretch 'im out and muzzle load him w/ garlic and green onioins stem to sern, broil 'im in said sauce, slice 'im up like a turduckin.
 
I just sent them an email asking what they taste like.
