You can find a car to buy from this collection

That has red flags waving all over for me.

I saw no pictures.

Owner no computer, not savery,(savey?? savvy perhaps?)

I dunno, sounds fishy to me.

Could be true -- if it is a scam it is really over-the-top with volume and lack of info (i.e. usually scammers write better ads than this).

A collection that size in a town no bigger than Lake Elsinore should be visible from space. Maybe someone with a fast connection, Google Earth & time on their hands will find it.

From everything I have heard the guy and the cars do exist. When I first saw the pix on BAT last year I knew it wasn't within the city of Lake Elsinore proper because I don't think the entire city has that many trees in it. My guess is that it is south or in the foothills west of town. In any case the story going around is that the guy is a car hoarder. The pathology is not much different than the house hoarders you see on the TV show. If so, good luck getting the guy to part with anything. Anything you do get will likely not be a bargain. There does exist deals out in that part of the world though. A buddy of mine in the business of finding and selling interesting cars just bought a mostly complete XK140 drophead near there for ridiculously cheap last month.

I do need more GT6s
