How can I remove all yahoo links from a windows computer? PJ

You mean from your browser? You can delete cookies and then delete any bookmarks you have that link to Yahoo I suppose.

I use Fire Fox and for some reason Yahoo jumps on the screen at odd times when I don't even request it. Sometimes I'll X it off and it jumps right back on again. Very annoying to say the least. I've run mailware, virus programs and scanners to find a link to this issue, but so far it's still there. IE doesn't do it, just Fire Fox. PJ

You happen to have a Yahoo toolbar installed? It's legendary for being horrible for computers. If you do, uninstall a.s.a.p. and go from there. It may have been "piggyback installed" with something else if you don't remember blatantly choosing it, by the way.

Well, seems like everything is back to normal! Thanks guys for your help. I used some of everyone's suggestions and no more Yahoo invasions.
